Refund policy
Customized Products (Custom Chainstitch)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven defect.
Customers are advised to carefully check all details (size, text, design) before confirming the order.
Standard Products (Non-Customized)
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of your wish to return the item, in accordance with current legislation.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of error on our part (defective item, incorrect shipment).
Return Procedure

Wait for our confirmation with the return address.

Send the item back with tracking within a maximum of 14 days after our confirmation.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be processed within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method as the original order.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged Products Upon Receipt
If you receive a damaged or non-compliant product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the package and product. We will cover the return costs in the case of a confirmed error.
