Shipping policy

Delivery Areas

  • We ship our products from our workshop located in the Paris suburbs.
  • Deliveries are available within mainland France and the European Union.
  • For other destinations (international), please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Methods

  • Shipments are mainly made via La Poste (Colissimo) or Chronopost with a tracking number provided by email.
  • Hand delivery can be arranged in Paris, by appointment only.

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Standard products (non-customized): Shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Customized products (Custom Chainstitch): Shipping time depends on the production time, as specified in the quote or on the product page.

  • Carrier delivery times are independent of order preparation times.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing the order and displayed before payment confirmation.
  • Costs include preparation, packaging, and shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once the package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email so you can track your delivery online.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery Delays and Issues

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or problems related to an incorrect address.
  • In case of a lost or damaged package, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Undelivered Packages

  • If the package is returned to the sender due to an incomplete address or failure to collect it on time, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
