Terms of sale
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of embroidered products and personalized embroidery services carried out by Camille Angileri, embroidery artisan, for both individual and professional clients.
Custom Orders
Any made-to-order request (e.g., custom patches, embroidery on garments) requires a written quotation approved by the customer (via email, signature, or deposit payment).
A deposit of 30–50% of the total amount may be required before production begins.
Production timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on project complexity or order volume.
Standard Product Sales
Non-customized products (e.g., small-batch embroidered items or in-stock patches) can be purchased directly via the online shop or at physical sales events.
These products are subject to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt, provided they are returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of artisan error (e.g., defective product, order error).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.
Products and Materials Provided by the Customer
Customers may provide their own textiles (e.g., jacket, shirt) subject to the artisan’s acceptance.
The artisan cannot be held responsible for any damage or alteration to a provided garment, especially if the garment has unreported fragility.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are expressed in euros and are tax-free (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, as a self-employed business).
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or any other method specified on the invoice.
The balance is due upon delivery or before shipment.
Delivery
Delivery is available in person (Paris) or via postal carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.).
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
The artisan cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal
Customized products: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products.
Standard products (non-customized): Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions stated in Article 4.
Claims
In case of defects or non-compliance, customers have 5 days from receipt to submit a written claim with photo(s) as proof.
No claims will be accepted after this period.
Intellectual Property
All creations, designs, and models remain the intellectual property of the artisan, unless otherwise agreed.
The artisan reserves the right to publish photos of completed works unless the customer explicitly requests anonymity.
Personal Data
Collected data (name, email, address) is used solely for order management purposes and is never shared with third parties. Concerning the processing of personal data under these GTC, the artisan complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
These GTC are governed by French law.
